Shehla Farooq is a Lahore-based artist, born in 1978. She holds a BA in Painting from CB College for Women, Rawalpindi. With a career spanning over two decades, she has showcased her work in numerous solo and group exhibitions across Pakistan and internationally, including Dubai and the USA. Notable solo exhibitions include "The Garden of Earthly Delights" (2022) and "A Nature's Palette" (2014). Her work has been featured in various group exhibitions, including the Annual National Exhibitions at Alhamra Art Gallery, Lahore, and the British Council's "Opening Lines". She received the National Award for Painting at the 33rd National Show by Artists Association of Punjab in 2019
