

Hooria Khan is a Lahore-based visual artist and 2021 distinction graduate of the National College of Arts, specializing in Miniature Painting with expertise in taxidermy, calligraphy, and photography. A consistent merit award winner, she has contributed to high-profile projects such as the Maktab initiative under Imran Qureshi and Pakistan’s Pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai. Her work has been featured in numerous prestigious galleries across Lahore, Islamabad, and Karachi, including O Art Space, Canvas Gallery, and PNCA. Central to Hooria’s practice is a profound exploration of ritualistic societal stereotypes; by weaving together organic and inorganic elements, she highlights the overlooked contradictions of daily life to challenge perceptions and provoke deep introspection.
