Sadia Ahmad

Sadia Ahmad, born in 2001, is a fine artist and calligrapher from Lahore, Pakistan. She completed her Bachelor's in Fine Arts from Punjab University College of
Art and Design (PUCAD) in 2024. Sadia's work blends traditional calligraphy with contemporary forms, focusing on themes related to the human condition,
language, and the fragility of communication.
Specializing in Khat-e-Dewani, she often experiments with various mediums, including clay, installations with letters, and line-based works. Her materials range
from Lasani, cardboard, and acrylics to pottery, plaster of Paris, oil paints, and gold leaf, all of which she seamlessly integrates into her art pieces.
Sadia has showcased her work at prominent venues such as Ocean Art Gallery, Anna Molka Award, Tagheer Lahore, Alhamra Art Gallery, Pakistan Institute of
Language, Art, and Culture (PILAC), Khana-e-Farhang, and Coopera Art Gallery. Her distinctive approach to calligraphy and painting has gained her recognition
in various group exhibitions across Lahore.
