As Principal: To improve the quality of educaon imparted to students at UCAD. To work towards
enhancing creave skills of the students in all spheres of learning, academic as well as co-curricular. To
improve the budget of the College by creang resources from within the College. To use College funds for
under-privileged students in the form of scholarships. To constantly maintain the up-keep of a building in
my charge which is a 'heritage' site. To impact the student body vis-à-vis ethics and morality in educaon,
both on and off campus. To generate funds for the constant improvement of Academics. To put UCAD on
the map of reputable Art Instuons of the country. To hire experienced faculty/praccing designers as
vising professors and acknowledged for delivering quality educaon. To constantly improve the technical
aspect of learning by equipping the studios/labs with state-of-the-art equipment, cameras, computers and
other technology conducive to learning. To constantly review and revise the curricula of the College and
keep it abreast with the latest developments in the subject of Art & Design.
