Lariab Ahmad graduated from the National College of Arts in BFA. Lariab Ahmad stands at the crossroads of faith and philosophy. Her visual language investigates an individualized perspective on platonic concepts, ideas and forms. The language is built on the foundation of representing the mind as an immaterial substance that is able to communicate inter-dimensionally and, it is also the seat of the soul. The imagery is a ‘language’ utilizing personalized archetypal symbols (from investigations) to translate this metaphysical interaction between the body and the mind (soul), with a focus on the illusions and dimensions a body/group of bodies can exist/coexist in. Lariab Ahmad has exhibited in several galleries including ejaz art gallery, VM art gallery, Alhamra amongst others. She is the CEO of Her Pink Wine and works as a curator, art specialist and writer.
