Hailing from Hyderabad, Anusha Ramchand graduated with a distinction in Fine Art. Painting from the National College of Arts, Lahore in 2018. Ramchand investigates cultural diversity through female attire in her works that allow her to comment on religious and cultural identity and the connecting point between the two factors. Ramchand has exhibited at various galleries including, Canvas Gallery, O Art Space, AAN, Gandhara Art Space, the Karachi Biennale 02 and the Lahore Biennale 02, Full Circle Gallery. Her work has also appeared in various magazines and publications. In 2021, she was an artist in residence at VASL Karachi, for the Taaza Tareen and is a recipient of VASL-KKAF Research Grant 2021-2022.
