Waleed Zafar completed his degree in BFA Visual Arts from Beaconhouse National University in 2017, and went on to teach at the School of Visual Arts and Design at BNU. He has exhibited his works at multiple venues. Zafar was part of A river in an Ocean; A collateral event of the first Lahore Biennale and exhibited as part of surface 01 with Artbuzz Studios in Delhi, Pakistan at 100 at the World Bank Islamabad and had his first solo show in 2019. He has worked as an Editor for Stories We Tell Publication, a collaborative project by the Lahore Biennale Foundation, CKU and BNU and took part in an online photographic exchange supported by Grain Project UK, Transforming Narratives and British Council Pakistan. Recently, Waleed has exhibited at Islamabad Art Fair 2019 and the Indian Art Fair 2020. Waleed is part of the visiting faculty at BeaconHouse National University and is currently enrolled in the Master’s degree Program at BNU
