Tahira Noreen is a visual artist based in Islamabad, Pakistan. She graduated with honors in painting from National college of Arts, Lahore. Tahira’s work has been exhibited both nationally and internationally. Her work has been part of various group shows in Pakistan, Spain and London. She was a participating artist in ‘Creatives in Residence’ an artist in residence program in Hangzhou, China in 2012. She was shortlisted for BIG Awards 2019 in Barcelona and also received the “curators award” for her work in “we are all here”, an exhibition on maps and mapping in living artists work.
