Jamil Baloch completed his BFA with distinction from the National College of Arts Lahore in 1997. He has worked profusely in various mediums including sculpture, photography and paint.. He received various accolades including 1st prize in a photography competition by National College of Arts, Lahore. In 2008 he received an honorable prize at the International Art Biennale in Bangladesh in 2006, he was awarded 1st prize in bust sculpture competition by State Bank, Karachi, Pakistan. Currently he works as an assistant professor in NCA.
